4. Insert the harness strap through the appropriate

slot. Thread the harness strap through the tightener

exactly as shown in the picture

5. Inspect the harness straps from the front and

back of the safety seat to be sure they are not

twisted. Twisted belts can create slack in the

harness straps and reduce the protection provided

by the safety seat.

6. Pull on the harness straps from the front of the

safety seat to be sure the straps are secure. Make

sure the harness anchor buckle is snapped in flat

against the back of the seat as shown
